Announcing: Managers Club Engineering Leadership Mastermind Group

November 25, 2019 Leave a Comment

Engineering leadership can be a lonely place. You don’t have to face the challenges alone. Connect with other leaders facing similar challenges to exchange different perspectives and advice in a confidential setting.

The Managers Club Mastermind Group is a new, exclusive, 3-month peer group that meets online for problem-solving, motivation, and knowledge-sharing. A small group of no more than 8 carefully chosen contemporaries will work personally with me (Vidal) to develop engineering leadership excellence — and empower each other.

The benefits include

  • Access to the unique perspectives and the accumulated experience of the group
  • Camaraderie and understanding. Networking and getting to know 6 to 8 other leaders experiencing similar challenges
  • Accountability
  • You will be invited a private group chat where you can ask anything to the cohort between meetings

Length of Program

We will go for 3 months and then if you want to continue we can re-evaluate for another term. The mastermind will meet online 2 times per month for 90 minutes each for a total of 6 meetings (or 9 hours) in the evenings (pacific timezone) over Google Hangouts.

At each meeting, there will be 2 participant presentations.

How to Apply

Please fill out the following form. The first cohort starts in January 2020. To be accepted, applicants must be engineering leaders. The application process is free.

APPLY NOW

Important: you must be prepared to invest the time attending the 6 sessions.
